Porsche Mission E

E specs have purportedly been leaked ahead of its debut, and it could is shaping up to be a credible rival to Tesla’s Model S.
The handsome new electric car will have up to 670 bhp and there will be three specification models of the vehicle that go on sale.
According to Automobile magazine, be specced with either 402bhp, 536bhp or 670bhp.
This is similar to the power options offered at Tesla with the Model S  which achieves between a claimed 382 to 691 HP.
While the size of the battery has yet to be divulged, the car will be able to achieve around 300 miles on a single charge.
Power is divided between its front and rear motors which offers 215 bhp and 299 Nm of torque at the front across all three models.
The rear motor will come with either 322 hp/340Nm, or 429 hp/550Nm of torque.
It is also rumoured to come with a two-speed transmission which is uncommon for an electric car, which are usably offered with a single speed.
Mission E will also be able to go from 0-60mph in around 3.5 seconds which although it does not reach the dizzying 2.5 seconds Model S P100D time, is very fast.
The car’s top speed will be limited to 155mph.
Probably one of the best features of the car is its fast-charging capabilities with it being able to regenerate 80 per cent of its full charge in just 20 minutes.
It will sit between the Cayenne and Panamera with slightly smaller exterior proportions than the latter.
Porsche promises greater interior space, however, thanks to the location of the electric powertrain and battery packs.
The front doors and rear suicide doors open out to create greater access to the cabin, which seat four passengers.
